Your journey begins in our brewing room, where our team carefully prepare a selection of speciality loose-leaf teas, each brewed to perfection. Guests can look through to this intimate space, watching as the ritual of tea-making comes to life a nod to the timeless traditions that have inspired our craft.
Every detail of the experience has been thoughtfully curated. From the delicate finger sandwiches, warm freshly baked scones to the exquisite pastries crafted by our pastry team, each bite celebrates artistry, balance, and flavour.
